PlumbRoute is a referral service. We help homeowners request a connection with independent local plumbing service providers or provider networks. PlumbRoute is not a licensed plumbing contractor, is not the employer of any responding provider, and is not the license holder, insurer, or guarantor for any work performed. Service availability, pricing, licensing, insurance coverage, response time, and the terms of any work are set by the responding provider, not by PlumbRoute.

No guarantee of service or outcome

We do not guarantee that a provider will be available in your area, that a call will be answered within any particular time, that any quoted price will be honored, or that work performed by a responding provider will meet any particular standard. Coverage and availability vary by location and service type.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when requesting a connection, to use the site only for legitimate requests related to your own home repair needs, and not to use the site in a way that could harm PlumbRoute, our provider network, or other users.

Independent providers

Any plumbing professional or company you are connected with through PlumbRoute is an independent business, not a PlumbRoute employee, agent, franchisee, or joint venture partner. Any contract for services is between you and that provider. Disputes about pricing, workmanship, scheduling, or licensing should be directed to the responding provider; PlumbRoute is not a party to that agreement.
