For questions about how PlumbRoute works, an issue with a referral, or general support, email support@plumbroute.com. We aim to respond within a few business days.

If you were connected with a plumbing provider

If your question is about pricing, scheduling, or the work itself, that provider is an independent business and is best positioned to help directly — see our Referral Disclosure for how the referral relationship works. If you're unable to resolve an issue with the provider, contact support@plumbroute.com and we'll help where we can.

Opting out of future contact

If you no longer want to be contacted by PlumbRoute or a provider we routed you to, email support@plumbroute.com with the phone number used and we will process your opt-out request. If a specific provider continues to contact you after you've asked them to stop, let us know so we can follow up with that provider.

Privacy and data requests

To ask what information we have connected to a specific phone number, or to request deletion where applicable, email privacy@plumbroute.com. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
