Service availability, pricing, licensing, insurance, response time, and work terms are handled by the responding provider, not by PlumbRoute. We do not perform plumbing work ourselves, employ the responding providers, or guarantee the outcome of any service call.
When you call the number shown on this site or submit a request, your call or request is routed to an independent local plumbing provider or provider network that services your area and offers the type of work you need. That routing may be automated based on your service category and location.
PlumbRoute may receive compensation from the independent providers or provider networks we route requests to. This compensation does not affect whether we accept your request, and it does not represent an endorsement of the quality of any specific provider's work. We do not charge homeowners a fee to submit a referral request; any charges for the plumbing work itself are set by the responding provider.
Responding providers are independent businesses. They are not PlumbRoute employees, agents, or franchisees, and PlumbRoute is not a party to any agreement you enter into with a provider.
